External Window Cleaning

We offer Adhoc, 4 or 8 weekly schedule cleaning.

As part of our External Window Cleaning service we will always include (Unless requested otherwise):

Window Glass
PVC Frames
PVC Sills
PVC Doors
Reminder Text Message

With any other window/door materials such as wood or aluminium we will approach these on a case by case basis and determine whether they are to be included in their current condition.

Conservatory Roof Cleaning

As part of our Conservatory Roof Cleaning service we include the cleaning of:

Polycarbonate/Glass Roof Panels
PVC Rafters
PVC Finials
PVC Trim/Caps
PVC Guttering

We can also clean wooden conservatories however this would be dependent on the current condition and would be discussed prior to the quotation

Gutter Emptying

With our Gutter Emptying service we provide FREE gutter surveys. Rather than pricing on the size of the property we price based on how many lengths actually require emptying, this is to ensure that the price we give you is fair and reflective of the work required not how big your property is.

As part of our Gutter Emptying service we include:

Empty Required Lengths
Unblock Downpipes
Gutter Balloon Installation (Optional - We will advise whether these will be useful to you and price per unit)
Yearly Reminder Messages (Optional)

Gutter/Fascia/Soffit Cleaning

As part of our Gutter/Fascia/Soffit Cleaning service we include the cleaning of:

PVC Guttering (External Only)
PVC Fascia Boards
PVC Soffits

Please note that we do not clean the inside of the guttering (the part that collects water) and will only clean what is visible from the ground.

We may also include the cleaning of wooden fascia's/soffits however this will depend on the current condition and will only be quoted upon direct request.
