Experience

Jack has over 12 years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry many of which in fine-dining such as Malmaison. During his time at Malmaison Jack has had the privilege of meeting multitudes of celebrities' such as Jeremy Clarkson, Jeremy Kyle, Jamie Carragher amongst many others.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?

In my free time I am either spending time with my 2 children and wife, playing football, Warhammer or watching Rugby.

In my younger years I used to play rugby for Ilkeston RUFC and even had England trials but due to a somewhat severe injury to my quad and breaking my leg, I've had to forego playing rugby, I do however still enjoy watching. Big up Leicester Tigers.

Instead of rugby I currently play football for Deeping United on Saturdays and despite the injuries, I'm still working my way into becoming a regular name on the team sheet.
